Just awful. The staff here was so rude, with the woman in the front office being the exception. She was professional and courteous. Everyone I'll else I dealt with there couldn't be bothered. I ultimately ended up having no work done and just took my car elsewhere. They did take my car apart though to creat and estimate and lose a bunch of bolts and parts. That's been fun to deal with....
Brought my car here for an insurance repair. Excellent service and work: the entire process was clearly explained before I signed off, office was well organized, staff were professional, competent. Repairs were complete and correct. After repair all paperwork was ready to go, including warranty. An added bonus: an Enterprise Car Rental is a few steps away from the shop.
