WOMEN BEWARE! I was charged $320.00 for a battery, they said it was difficult to install but every other place in ferndale including the dealership was 180$ Including installation. My husband has been going there for 13 years and neither one of us will ever go back. I cannot believe how taken advantage of I feel. After my husband called they lowered the price but not all of us have husbands or someone to do that! Just ridiculous!

Best in town. They finished my car while I was out of town and left it in my driveway for me. Frank and his crew went way out of the way to figure out some pretty complicated issues for me. Truly appreciate it!
Honest family business. They will treat you fairly always. I've been going there for years. Frank the owner knows his stuff, he can figure out anything. Plus, there is an Enterprise rental car place just down the street if you need it. They have an O'Brien service discount, just ask. Caroline will even call down there if needed to make sure you get the discount, just ask her. Caroline at the front desk has been there for years and is super friendly and knows her stuff.
