They had multiple hard-to-find vehicles and gave a trade-in value that beat two other dealers. They offered financing that was better than I could get at another Suburban and better than what I could get through my credit union. After initially facing a bit of trial and tribulation (mistakes do happen) I was able to come to a deal on a used car with both my salesman Corey and the used car manager Rick. Both of them were able to create a deal that worked well for both parties. They can handle all paperwork in-house and are able to process deals quickly, even on the weekend. A true one stop shop.
So Ill start by saying I hate car dealerships and dont trust them due to past experiences where I left feeling duped. This dealership in Ferndale, MI is exceptional! I was in a rush to purchase a new vehicle. I started with an online inventory search and found a 2019 Terrain that I really liked. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment and they got me in same day. I sat down with Christopher and we did all the paperwork needed to start the process on the exact car I found online. It was available that day. I really lucked out in that respect. The following day, Christopher brought the car to my work to do a test drive! He offered to do this, and I was happily surprised! I loved the car even more. So we set an appointment for that night where Id officially take the car home. Christopher was so friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention his willingness to do whatever it takes to make the customer feel appreciated. Ive had the car for a little over a month and Im still in love with it. The bigger point, I got a great deal and didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride. If youre looking for a new car in the Detroit area, this is definitely a great dealership to work with!
Definitely a stellar dealership. I have purchase cars since 2012 and the service and attention are very consistent. I appreciate not spending an inordinate amount time in the dealership when making my purchase. Ann Nash was very helpful and I know that I will be a repeat customer in the future!
