The men and women who work there exemplify what Subaru is really all about. When it comes to sales, they've got everything you need. And in the off chance they don't have it they can get it. Hodges Subaru is where it's at!
Ive used Hodges to buy many Subaru parts in the past and everything is usually excellent up until recently. I brought 3 Subaru OEM keys to have cut and was told the manager wasnt in, who normally cuts the keys. I gave them the okay to have them cut and just call me when theyre done. They call me, I return to find that none of the keys work. The service rep is apologetic and offers to replace the keys. All okay, except when I go pick up the keys they only ordered two of the three. The third being a more expensive one with a rubber head. Still, Im not mad, mistakes happen. He told me the manager cut these so they should work. I test one and its all good but when I get home and test the other I notice its cut wrong. At this point Im getting annoyed but I hold out until the other key comes in. Yet, here it is, multiple weeks later and Ive yet to hear anything.So, in conclusion. Hodges Subaru destroyed 3 keys of mine and only successfully replaced 1. This level of incompetence is far from acceptable, especially from a dealer.
The service center is just as amazing as the sales. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in under 40 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They even washed my car as an added bonus! The waiting area looks new and is clean. Very happy with my visit!
I highly recommend Hodges. The staff is well trained, very friendly, respectful and take the time to listen to what you have to say. I've purchased three cars here and have never had any problems and I trust their service department to do the job right the first time. Good reliable cars and a great sales and service staff make a winning combination.
