Excellent experience buying a new car with Corey at Hodges Subaru! He was responsive to all questions, helped make the process smooth and easy via email since we don't live nearby, and was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and an all-around pleasure to work with when we went to pick up the car. We had a very different and more negative experience at a closer dealership, and would not hesitate to purchase from Hodges again.
The best service ever. Hodges is a true family oriented dealership. Our salesman Chuck kept us updated on the status of our new car order by email and phone. The dealer also offers tutoring on the multitude of electronics our new Ascent possesses. This car is Subaru number 8 from Hodges so I would say we are quite satisfied with this dealership.
Very good customer service. I worked with Corey and Jeff. Hodges service let me trade in my car and drive away in the new one -- same day. They definitely embody customer service. No hard sells, just information. Very courteous and fair. I recommend them over other Subaru dealerships I have been to in SE Michigan.

I never fail to be impressed by Hodges Subaru. I mostly knew them on the service side (fantastic) but I leased my first car with them today and was really impressed with the whole process. They worked with my budget, didn't make me feel pressured, and made me feel like a valued customer. I want to also point out that Corey and Jeff had full schedules every time we saw them, but never once made us feel that we were just someone to push through the line or that we weren't deserving of their 100% effort. I think it takes a lot of talent and care to give someone an individualized, excellent customer experience when there's a lot on your plate, and I think they did a really good job. Beyond Corey and Jeff, I also noticed all the other sales folks working hard and being kind and courteous. It was a good environment to be in. Finally, we bought out our lease on the Legacy today and had it serviced. It came back clean and serviced properly, and at a fair price. Mike helped us out (did a great job) and, as usual, the rest of the service staff was kind and professional. I feel confident that we will get the same level and quality of service every time we go there (because, their quality of service hasn't diminished for the past 8 years I've been going there).Thanks Hodges!
