I've bought a dozen bagels to bring to my sister's house numerous times over the years New York Bagel Baking has existed on Woodward Avenue. Over the holidays, I brought by a dozen bagels with a flavored creme cheese not once but twice. The grandkids loved the bagels. The adults like them too.It's peevish to note that NYBB doesn't give you a thirteenth bagel for free to make a baker's dozen.
Best bagels in metro Detroit. Yummy deli sandwiches and spreads. Awesome friendly service too.
This place is really popular and in a pinch, a decent bagel. However, I feel like the name is misleading. I love NY bagels and I do not feel like these are like them at all. It is better than a store bought bagel, but I would prefer Eastside Bagels for their bagels, cream cheese, and coffee selection. I had really hopped they would be like a NY bagel and I would be willing to drive further for one (since it is not super close to my house), but I would not recommend going out of your way to come here.
My friend introduced me to this place. He pretty much is there every day around noon as soon as their salt sticks have been baked.You just have to go try these bagels out for yourself :)Don't take my word for it. But trust me when I tell you that you will be pleasantly surprised I want some now & so do my doggies (you heard that right - they have doggie bagels !!!
