I came here at 8:42pm. According to the website they should not be closed until 10pm. Wasted trip!
This location is currently closed. My husband placed an order for my birthday cake in December. He went to pick it up and there was a sign stating they were closed. I called both, Tim Hortons and Coldstone. Neither will take responsibility. Tim Hortons wont even call me back. Coldstones blames Tim Hortons. I had a birthday dinner with no cake. This was very disappointing. The only solution ColdStones offered was to dispute my credit card charge because Tim Hortons is responsible. I cant believe that neither corporation will take responsibility. I wonder how much money has been stolen by this franchise owner
I ordered a Cake 3 days in advance for a coworkers birthday. They charged my card and when I go to pick it up there is a sign on the door " closed until further notice" I called corporate and they didn't even know they were closed. They called field services and I was told that I had to pay for another cake from a location 6 miles away in Farmington Hills and pick it up. Impossible! They said I could do Ubereats but unfortunately it would not deliver to my location because I was out of range. I was at work! I was told because of them being a franchis that they could not help me. Why would they charge my card at a location that was closed? Long story short the office party was without a cake. I am so upset and embarrassed! And basically nobody could retify the situation as they have 29 other types of businesses and My $32 cake wasn't important neither was my coworker. Shameful!
Love this place. I take my babe here for ice cream every Sunday night.
Overall it was nice, but they didn't have what i wanted available and they didn't fill up your bowl
