Tim was very knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. When the installation team arrived they explained everything and complete the job in a timely fashion
Initially, I rated the company 3, then lowered it to 2 due to poor initial work performed, and warranty follow-up. I now raise the rating to 4, because they worked closely with me to resolve all issues I raised, and they did it with a very courteous, and friendly manner. The company did not dispute any of my complaints. I believe they have addressed the personnel issues that caused the initial poor work. I think future customers of Pro Home Improvement will be satisfied with initial installation, and with their total commitment to customer satisfaction.

Rating is based solely on experience with the salesperson. This was the second quote we got for installing new gutters and gutter guards. Salesperson was very knowledgeable but incredibly pushy. He also overestimated the amount of gutters we need. (We measured ourselves and got 3 other quotes, all of which measured way under what he did.) It was nice to learn about the company during the sales pitch, but it was a little too much, especially since I heard it twice as my partner had to take a work call and salesperson felt it was necessary to give him the company history as well when he got back. He claimed that the bracket PRO uses is one that they solely use, which is 100% not true as every ther company weve talked to uses the same style. When presentation was done, we were given our quote, which seemed at least $1000 over what we were expecting based on talking to friends who recently had their gutters redone. Salesperson then knocked down the price slightly, tried to say that their product is way better, especially with their guarantee, and we need to spend that money to get the best value for our house, etc. After saying multiple times that we were not ready to commit that day because we were shopping around, price was knocked down again and we were again told that this product is superior. We were even pressured to use their financing system, even after explicitly saying that we want to have the cash up front and not have a payment plan. (Salesperson went so far as to say that we should be able to afford this just fine because my partner is an engineer and he knows how much engineers make. ) After probably a good 30 minutes of him trying to haggle, we finally were able to get his contact info and send him on his way. TL;DR seems like a great company but salesperson was far too pushy and price for gutter installation was very inflated.
