They effectively repaired the sagging garage roof and put a new roof on plus a solar tube to brighten the dark spot of the house. Mack knew his stuff, and was not afraid to down sell a product if he felt it was not needed. This was my initial impression of the company. Having integrity in business is huge, and they have it!! The job itself was very detailed and honestly don't think I have ever seen such a great clean up job . The roof is beautiful, and I can say I will give Atlas Roofing Inc repeat business in the future. Thanks Again!
I called Atlas Roofing and left multiple messages to have someone come out and check out my leaking roof. I finally had someone answer and schedule an appointment for the following morning. The technician never called to tell me he was running behind, and Atlas never called to let me know that the technician wouldn't be showing up within my appointment window between 9-10am. He showed up at 12:30pm instead.The technician (Hans?) came out to my house and didn't get on a single ladder or go in the attic to try and assess the issue; he basically went off of my observations on what could be happening with the roof. Pricing was all over the map, it seemed like he was pulling prices out of his a**. First he wanted to charge me close to $7,000 to replace shingles on an 1100 sqft house...LOL. After that, the price went down to the mid $5,000 range after I said it sounded a bit to pricey. After being 3 hours late to the appointment, he asks for my credit card to charge me $100 for the visit. No effort was made to apologize for being late, and they would not budge on the $100 visit charge AT ALL. I had to take a day off work for this appointment, all for nothing.PLEASE, call other businesses with potential roofing issues. There are plenty of other people out there who deserve your business and respect more than Atlas Roofing Inc.EDIT: I just decided to break out a ladder and get on my own roof to do my own inspection. Turns out, the roof had flashing to begin with (the other thing that was quoted to be repaired). Just lost $100 today!
