I waited to write a review until I had used Paradigm Plumbing a few times. Kevin has been hired by us to snake out drains, install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and to do major jobs like installing a new dishwasher and new water heater, and replacing a major drainage pipe in the basement. He has always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The work is done in a timely manner but he never rushes through it. He goes to great lengths to explain all the work and make recommendations. I have been impressed by his attention to detail and safety (especially with natural gas connections). I recommend Paradigm Plumbing wholeheartedly!

I would highly recommend Paradigm. Liz, the office manager, was extremely helpful to work with and got me in within a few hours. Kevin was my tech and did an amazing job. He called on his way and was in and out. Not many plumbers clean up after theyre finished with their work, but he did. I received a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with everything.
