James was awesome. He was super informative. Friendly and knowledgeable of what he was doing and informing us of other ways we could prevent it from happening again. He arrived earlier than the time they originally told us and finished in a timely fashion. I was happy with the price we got. It was a lot less than anticipated.
had a boiler issue in the -4 degree weather and Derek came out as soon as he could to resolve. it was a simple fix and he took the time to explain the issue was so kind and repaired it at no cost. i was extremely relieved and would highly recommend this company if you are in a pinch!
I will definitely use this company again. I had to get a new disposal installed, so I called and got an appointment the next morning, and James arrived right at 9am. He did a great job, and even answered several other plumbing questions I had around the house. I appreciate his honesty with everything, and the disposal install was fast and easy. Thanks!
I have used Cregger Plumbing on several occasions; twice on a on Sunday for emergency plumbing help, and twice for regular service calls. Any time I have called Cregger, my calls are handled promptly, service is scheduled immediately, the plumbers call me as requested prior to their arrival at my house, and the services (even the emergency calls) have always been completed within the time frame promised. In addition, the plumbers have been professional, respectful of my home, they have not tried to oversell service, and they complete their work timely. With this last service call, the invoice, payment and receipt was all done electronically which is a big plus for me! They are the only plumbing service I will use.
We've had Cregger out to do several jobs in the past few years (including a sewer drain emergency), and have been very happy with their work. They arrive on time, explain the problem and solution, and do excellent work resolving it. James was here most recently to replace a leaky valve in my old-house plumbing, and did a great job.
