I dropped of 10 dress shirts to have laundered. Went to pick them up and was pretty shocked at the $52 bill to launder 10 shirts. Took them home. A few days later I went to unpackage them all to wear to work and noticed 3 of the shirts I had the sleeves rolled up, they failed to unroll the sleeves so they were completely wrinkly and unfit for work until I reironed them myself. Then look at the next shirt, the sleeves were inside out and again rolled up. Unbelievable that they were too lazy to unroll the shirt sleeves when washing them or even at least to iron/steam them. Such a lazy job, not to mention the outrageous price for that lazy product. Will never go near this place again. Really a shame for a small local business.
This cleaners is close to my home so my husband decided to give them a try! He dropped off suit jackets, pants, shirts and one navy blue peat coat. Picked up his items in a rush as we were leaving for vacay the next day and didnt realize until the evening that they didnt return his coat. Messed up his whole vacay outerwear plan! Then when he called the cleaners they totally brushed him off and told him they had given it to him. What!!! Then when we return from vacay he goes in and the owner rudely brushed him off like its not a big deal they LOST HIS COAT!!! Not a shirt, not a pair of pants but A COAT!!! And they didnt even offer any compensation. Obviously we wont be returning to this cleaners and hopefully they go out of business soon!! We need a new dry cleaners in the neighborhood that has some respect for its neighbors!!
This was may place, never had an issue. Id always have my shirts and suit (jacket, vest and pants) dry cleaned after wearing by Sullivan Cleaners. However when it mattered most they failed me. I took my three piece suit and shirt there to be cleaned before I went on a cruise. Once on the ship I went to open my suit up to see two stains on the jacket and one stain on the vest. I then had to have them cleaned on the ship before I could use them. Im not saying they created the stains, but they definitely didnt clean my suit. Terrible! Wish I would of taken photos.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Ive never left a Google review but had to for this company. I worked with Sullivans to clean a few dozen items as part of a business I am with. When I went to pick up the clothes, Sullivans demanded I pay them twice as much as we agreed to in cash only, and they refused to give us the clothes until then. And this is after doing the job completely wrong and not offering to fix the clothes that had been ruined. Theyre a clearly unethical business and I cant rexommend them less based on our experience. Please stay away!
STAY AWAY! The owner is very HOSTILE and refused to work with us even after they admitted to not following what we asked them to do.We went to Sullivan's for an urgent matter in helping us launder and package some shirts. I talked with the business in working with us on our requirements to which they agreed. However, they didn't follow our instructions and also charged us double of what they originally agreed to.On top of all of that, they held our clothes hostage when we didn't want to pay their prices. They also didn't offer to correct their mistake, instead getting into a heated argument and throwing me out of the store.Please DO NOT use Sullivans as they CANNOT be trusted. If it was possible, I'd give them a negative star review!
