I've been coming here for five years never had a problem. Until this Guy Bruce started working there he is a Christian. One time I spoke to him and he cursed me out so I don't speak to him anymore. He is very rude to other people there was one time I witnessed him be rude to a lady who had asked him a question. He is very rude other than that the other people who work there are nice
Perfectly decent laundromat. Nothing fancy, but everything works just fine & the location is perfect. Need more detergent? There's a CVS next door. Coffee? Also next door. There's even a couple places right there to go buy lunch.
This place ruined a whole drop off (probably three standard loads) of wash and fold laundry. Yellow stains on everything. They didn't bother to mention it when I picked it up. They offered to clean it again, claiming they could get the stains out but when I picked it up again they tried to charge me and still didn't even mention the fact that everything was still stained with yellow splotches. Owner hasn't returned calls and can never catch him in the store.
Advertises and has signage as open till ten, twice now locks up doors a little after 9. The man working tonight (may 3rd) refused to acknowledge the time listed on the door and just shooed me away. Ill drive across town if I have to but never coming back here, multiple times of terrible service now
