Corrina runs a florist business because she understands the industry extremely well. Corrina is so obsessed with making your venue look amazing that she becomes overly demanding in all aspects of the process. Have you ever experienced one of those business owners who made you feel like: Its my way or the highway? That is dealing with Corrina. To Corrina, she justifies her rudeness with an its for your own good, because Im the Professional you sought out mentality. Weve all experienced and seen this before. Its too bad that Corrina doesnt understand that no matter how good her flowers look, if you make the customer feel insulted along the way, youre never going to do business with them again. You will have a fantastic experience with Corrina if you: 1) Enjoy being involved in every single microscopic detail of the flower planning process and 2) You are hyper organized with a photographic memory. Because if you do not have both, you will awaken Corrinas short willed temper and you will slowly and steadily begin to see the tone in her emails change to downright condescending and rude. She is disrespectful, has a short temper, is extremely demanding, and unsympathetic. She will make you feel stupid if you ask stupid questions or have an accidental repetitive question. If none of this hits home with you reading this, then I encourage you to have a consultation with her and her husband in their lovely warehouse office. I have seen her firsthand express frustration toward her husband/business partner, calling him out for saying something incorrect, and rolling her eyes at him. If she wont treat her own family with respect and dignity, how will she treat you, a stranger customer?I feel a bit bad for her, because she is most likely burnt out and needs a vacation. Unfortunately, she probably does not have the working capital to go on vacation or hire help. This was evident when 4 days before the event, she demanded I bring a check (couldnt even pay over the phone) to her office. Oh, she also needed it to be certified (insulting, much?? Next time ask for my FICO score too). Im sure all her customers live/work right around the corner and find it very easy to interrupt their workday, 4 days before their wedding, to just go and drop off a certified check. For me, it was a complete nuisance. I encourage you to spend time and talk to as many people as you know. Its a small circle of florists in Oakland County, and I am sure you will run across at least 1-2 people who have at least had a consultation with Corrina. Unfortunately, we did not do this. Since weve started down the path with Corrina, weve only heard negative experiences when working with her. Please do not let our downfall be yours as well.
I began my relationship with Corrina and Petit Fleur very unpassionate about flowers but hoping for something to complete my vision for my wedding with lots of greenery. I left feeling completely listened to, understood, and wow-ed by the examples Corrina showed me from her past work. I can't believe I ever imagined my wedding without the floral bursts Corrina carefully chose. She's truly a human working superhuman miracles, and she's extremely easy to speak with on the level I would with a friend. She made sure to check in with me at all the appropriate times and in extra ways that made me feel supported. I would venture to say that she doubled as an event planner - I chose not to have a wedding planner and I don't regret that for a millisecond with Corrina's professional input and eye for what makes a day absolutely beautiful. If you don't know a lot about flowers, you're in great hands with Petit Fleur; it felt like Corrina read my mind even though I had a hard time explaining what I wanted my special day to look like. The communication was thorough, clear, and she confirmed everything with reassurance that she could make my flowers look exactly the best way they possibly could! I'm extremely grateful to have stumbled upon Petit Fleur and I would recommend to any couple looking to make their event gorgeous for a price that is appropriate with transparency, which was so important to little ole' flower-naive me :) I am now officially a flower lover and so excited that I've been converted!
We met with several other big name florists prior to meeting with Corrina and I could not be happier that we chose to go with her and her team. We came in with a smaller budget we wanted to stick to and not only did she give us exactly what we wanted but she also gave us more than we thought we could get- and way more than other florists offered. I came in with a lot of Pintrest photos but didnt see anything I specifically liked and she was able to understand exactly what I had been envisioning. My bouquet- and all the other arrangements they did- were perfect and we received compliments on them all night. Almost everyone commented on how beautiful and unique the flowers were. Most said they were the most beautiful flowers they had seen for a wedding- and I completely agree! Petit Fleur also made everything so easy and stress-free on the day of the wedding- we had nothing to worry about! I am so happy that we picked Corrina and her team- we highly recommend them to anyone!
Petit Fleur did my wedding flowers for my wedding two weeks ago and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! Corrina is an artist and a visionary. She and her husband even built a new chuppah for my wedding ceremony. They are great to work with and it was a comfort to know that I did not need to worry one bit about my flowers for the wedding.

She is extremely talented and worked with our budget to make our wedding wonderful! Very helpful throughout the process of wedding planning and her creativity is top notch.
