found arrangement half frozen on the front porch. looks NOTHING like what i ordered! appears crushed- many broken and loose flowers. infuriating. the delivery person never knocked. cannot believe this cost $70!! i could have created a better arrangement with my feet. merry christmas?

My boss in California ordered these for me. Granted I dont know what he ordered exactly but what I received was breathtakingly beautiful. Im on day 3 and they still look fresh cut. Sorry to see all the bad reviews for this shop. Thought it was time someone posted about the good too ;)
This was the worst floral experience I have ever had. My mother received three dozens rose sent by my aunt from out of state I wish she had read the reviews prior to sending the arrangement. First they arrived a day late day after her birthday then you could tell they had been frozen and were not fresh. No food was given to go in the water so by day three they were almost dead. I called to speak with owner the lady who took the message say there was nothing she would do and she would have the owner call me back well still waiting for the call back. I would advise anyone looking for flowers to look somewhere else
