My experience is limited, came in to the urgent care across the lobby, but upon seeing them there was excited, I have a lot of foot pain and have not been to a podiatrist in quite a while. I went up to the desk, asked the receptionist a question that she said she could not answer but she would schedule an appointment for me. I told her me wanting to schedule an appointment depended on the answer to my question so could she ask someone else. She told me everyone else was busy so make an appointment or not. Like really? You couldn't even say let me take your number and I will have someone call you who can answer your question at their earliest convenience? I guess some aces you don't even have to actually go to to know that they do not care about their patients at all. With that type of customer service as the first line I am surprised they have any patients at all.
They really take good care of you. I love the doctors and the staff's . Very professional and courteous.
Nicest doctors and staff around. Caring people who are flexible with scheduling appointments and helping out with insurance questions. Doctors have successfully helped me with several foot problems and staff makes sure you don't wait too long to see the doctor.I would highly recommend the Milford office of Michigan Foot and Ankle to anyone who needs a great foot doctor. Dr Leftkowitz is a very professional and caring podiatrist.
I have been seeing Dr M for several years. We recently move West Bloomfield to Hartland twp. I will be making my next appointment at the Milford office where I am sure I will receive the same great care I've had at the Commerce office.
