Great Office! Everyone was nice and place is very clean. Little bit of wait. Cutting edge with Kiosk check in and was able to do my xray while there and could easily pull up in room with me. Keep up the good work.
I love Dr. Greg and his staff. My family and I have been seeing him for years. Love the new look and the new Kiosks! Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful and great with my kids. Keep up the great work!
I went to EPIC for first time and got great care. I normally don't write reviews, but wanted to state what a wonderful job they are doing. I work for an insurance company and deal with many offices and was referred here by a colleague. They are doing things at this office that everyone is trying to strive to do. With the Kiosk check in and being able to do most things there in the office and I saw a PA then supervising doctor. There was a bit of a wait, but the office was full and I expect a busy practice to have some waiting. Overall, great experience and I will be definitely recommending EPIC to people for their care. Keep up the great work!
From the Moment I walked into the office, I was treated like a rock star! I had not been to a doctors office in about 5 years so I was a bit reticent. The staff was friendly and comforting. Paul was amazing, Deana was encouraged me to get my diet back into gear. This is a place like no other.. and I would definitely recommend this office to my friends, children and family members. I feel like I am family at Epic Primary Care. I have a great relationship with Dr. Greg. He takes the time to do more than just check vitals and send me on my way. I appreciate his concern and real interest in me and all facets of my life.The support staff is terrific. The fact that I see many of the same faces every time I go speaks to the atmosphere of the office. I highly recommend Epic and feel very blessed to be a patient.
