What a clean and efficient location. David was a delight to work with. He explained everything clearly and was upfront with charges and deals. I will definitely return to this location.
I really enjoy the services that this location provides. The storage rooms are clean and the staff and manager (I believe his name is David?) work with you regarding competitive pricing, and paying your bill. They are also very friendly! Ive been a customer here for a while, and as long as I have things to store, I will keep doing business here.
The staff is very honest, friendly, and down to earth. I really appreciate them upgrading my unit to a larger one for a reasonable price. When I first contracted i-Storage, I requested a 5 x10. I put my belongings in storage and realized I didn't have enough space and needed a 5 x15. They changed the accommodations conveniently to a unit on the same floor. Thanks again Nicole, Farard, David and the entire i-Storage Team!
This five star rating was hard earned by David Mays, whom I believe to be the manager of this location. At every single step he looks out for the tenants to make sure they know the best way to keep from incurring unneeded penalties and late payments. He is very personable and approachable and tries to make sure you understand every part of your storage agreement. That kind of personal touch is lost in a lot of business today. I appreciate this place and Dave a lot. Thanks!
Clean, bright, well-run facility I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area (my Dad was especially impressed with the fact that we could just drive right in!). The manager Nicole was awesome and made the process super easy. Thanks guys!
