Its come a long way since my childhood. I feel great about taking my kid there when we visit Ferndale.

Open spaces and playgrounds make this park a great place for kids and adults alike. Small basketball courts, baseball diamonds, and a roller hockey rink are available year around and soccer nets are set up in the spring/summer for youth leagues. Hills, paths, and fences have been added recently to give it a more isolated feel from the nearby 10 Mile road.
