This is a insurance underwriter and I was in need of insurance and my sister had insurance here before and told me they were a good place. I went and not only do they have a dog but they have a cat and the cat walks all over the desk as you are conducting business. The office was covered in cat hair and had a bad odor, luckily the dog was timid and his under a chair. I don't mind businesses having pets, I have a problem when the pets take over as they have here. Then the lady that helped me was very unprofessional, she was constantly on the phone with personal calls, and never once asked me if I was ok with the animals, I could have had an allergy or anything. She then proceeded to look through insurance and found a company I have never heard of before with a high monthly payment, even after I informed her that it was too high for me to afford, then the company had no grave period, if you missed a day you were uninsured. I have since defaulted on my payments after I've paid her and the company for 4 months totaling $1,948, if she even paid them or if it is a fraudulent company and they are taking monies and saying that people are insured through this company, because we could call and or send payment to her to pay the insurance companies that they underwrite for. The amount I paid is a lot for a single mother.
