I used to wonder why I kept on seeing patients come in to pick up their x-rays. Two appts later, I understand why!
Contrary to the prior comment, I have no problems here, at all.Yes, the building is old, but every office on that corner suffers the same retrofit-over-retrofit syndrome common to all such architecture. And no, the equipment is not the latest shiny widget ($ee below). But the instruments are sterilized (as required by law), they use protective lead aprons when taking bite wings, and I've never, ever had to wait more than 5 mins in 4 different visits. If I call and say I need to get in that day, I will get in; at a max, the next.You should at least credit Dr Samuels for taking Medicaid, which I was on while unemployed. Trust me, those that do take it are FEW and far between ... why? Because it pay$ so little, and is a real hassle for billing.Hopefully this review is more helpful to those looking for a dentist in the area.
Dont go here,,, the office is dirty and im not sure if the dentist knows what hes doing.its just like getting your teeth done in someones house.plus you sit there forever waiting to be seen.better business bureau and the health department need to take a trip here because im sure that office isnt legal!
