I want to start off by thanking the management team of this place they were phenomenal! After the poor experience my party and I had last time they sure stepped up and turned my whole opinion around. This is definitely an establishment that cares about their consumers. They went above and beyond to try to change our outlook on this place and made our experience wonderful. Several managers approached our table, apologized and thanked us. Manuel was an amazing waiter so knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. He is a great asset to your team and you guys are lucky to have him. Once again thank you for the wonderful service and taking care of our complaint. We will be back you have a great establishment! You guys have turned my one star to 5!Previous:Very cool place but the staff is the worst! Well the hosts are the worst. Very rude and not helpful at all. We had a reservation and we had a couple people extra and the short blonde host threw a fit. She went to sit us and started throwing menus on the table. SUPER RUDE. With so much attitude she is like we are going to find you something else. A while after she sat us down which is fine but we needed just 2 extra chairs and instead of being helpful she took it very personal and told us she could not do anything for us and we could play it by ear. Not sure what that means Eat while standing? I get it busy place but many chairs available. In fact we left because of the awful experience after 2 hour of being in there and our table was surrounded by empty tables. I get everyone has bad days but you leave that at the door when you go to your place of work. I get reservations but you have availability so just because of her attitude the nice waiter man lost 12 person table. I have attached pictures of all the empty tables that were empty for a while and the rudest host I have ever encountered. Great place but you have some bad apples working for you which can ruin experiences for anyone to come back. The waiter with the beard was very helpful and he tried sorry he has to work with such mean co workers! The lady is the picture is the lady with an attitude. AVOID HER! I will be reaching out to corporate!
After a not so great experience I returned to give it another try. It was a complete 180 difference! Our service was excellent. We weren't able to try the food the first time around and it was delicious! Manny was awesome! SO attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. The GM and Ben from upstairs were super friendly. I will definitely be returning.
Service from Jordan was definitely worth 5 stars. I love the game selection, but my burger was pretty blah. Definitely thought it was a frozen burger but I was informed that they're fresh, however, definitely needs seasoning or something. Impressive beer selection, could use a few more cocktails though. Chicken sandwich was great, bag of fries were a little salty but delicious, donuts were INCREDIBLE.
I've been wanting to come here for a while and finally got the chance to today. This place was super delicious. Even though we had a bit of a wait, the staff was very friendly and even gave us a discount for the long wait. The food is amazing. Definitely get a bag of donuts to go... if they make it to your car!!
Awesome place. Most importantly, the food is great (and beer, too!). Service was quick, friendly and efficient. There are a ton of board and card games (an entire wall of them) with just about everything you can think of. It is truly impressive. We were there meeting friends before some axe throwing (an attached venue) and this place was a pleasant bonus. I am from (way) out of town, but if I'm ever in the area again I'll be stopping by.
